Platform
One account. Every site. Nothing deleted.
What we build: the record-keeping and the training that kitchens and bars are inspected on, on one platform Elearnment owns. Click a site to see what its login sees.
Tap a site. Its login sees only that site. The account sees all of them.
The readiness score measures the records you have kept. It is not a food hygiene rating and does not predict one. The group and its premises are a demonstration; the model is not.
A single kitchen can keep a paper diary and mostly get away with it. A group cannot. Renewals slip in one site and not another. A new manager inherits a folder and has no idea what is in it. The first you hear of a problem is a letter from the council.
So the platform is built for the account holder as much as the cook. Every premises keeps its own records; the account sees all of them. Training is tracked per person, not per site, so a certificate follows a chef who moves. The group above is fictional; the model is not.
Your data is held in the UK.The database sits in the London region and stays there.
Nothing is deleted.A correction is recorded beside the original, with who, why and when, so the history an officer sees is complete.
Every record exports as a PDF, any time. You own your records in a format any inspector can read.
The team reads its own language. The record stays English. What a person typed is never overwritten by a translation.
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, so it works for every member of staff.UK GDPR as a matter of course. Formal certification is on the roadmap as the platform grows.
Built on a phone. Printed on A4.
Twelve record types, every one a PDF on demand. The Report Designer puts your name and logo on each; the record itself is what the officer reads.

Status is data. Here is the roadmap, honestly.
Three things in development or planned. None of them is for sale, and none has a date we would put on a page.
The same platform for licensed premises: refusals register, cellar walk-round, the licensing records. Nothing on sale, no date to give you.
The web app installs to a phone or tablet home screen today and works offline once opened. Store listings are drafted.
The account model already separates organisations, premises and seats, which is what an HR or rota system needs. Tell us which one you run.
How ready would you be tomorrow morning?
Five questions, one plain answer. No score, no rating prediction, no sales call unless you ask for one.
